The first thing I ask every single one of my challengers?.. "You only get ONE body, what are you gonna do with it?!" So many people over-complicate fitness & nutrition, when in reality all it takes is 30 minutes of movement a day & fueling your body with nutrient-dense foods to be a healthier version of YOU. My own journey started because I was tired of having no energy, no motivation & no drive! One week.. one week is all it took for me to start FEELING more alive. One week of dialing in on my sleep, my nutrition & my activity to feel more alive than I have felt in years. & the best part?.. With every day that passes, I continue to feel better & better.
